Hop latent viroid (HLVd) is a severe disease of cannabis, causing substantial economic losses in plant yield and crop value for growers worldwide. The best way to control the early detection limit spread grow facilities. This study describes MFDetectTM as rapid, highly sensitive, high-throughput tool detecting HLVd stages development. Furthermore, largest research conducted so far we compared with quantitative RT-PCR time course experiment using different tissues, leaves, petioles, roots at developmental demonstrate both technologies are comparable.
